Common flying dragon

Flying lizards deposit their eggs in loose soil or humus near the base of trees, the females digging into the soil with their snouts. It often moves by ‘flying’, i.e. jumping and hovering from one tree to another over a distance of 7-10 m. Its diet is insects, including ants. It eats insects, including black ants in trees.
